eCommerce Marketing Specialist

The Ecommerce Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing Ecommerce Marketing strategies under the direction of an eCommerce Marketing Manager. The role we are presently seeking will assist with management of multi-million dollar Pay-Per-Click and Organic Search Marketing efforts for Bradford's network of sites and will report directly to the Ecommerce Marketing Manager over Search Marketing activities. The role will be responsible for working with internal resources as well as third party vendors and consultants to help maximize search results.
 

Support the analysis, reporting and optimizing of paid search programs for Bradford's network of sites and all “internal” clients, working with team members to plan and execute marketing messages and campaigns in various search engine-marketing channels (e.g. pay-per-click, pay-per-call, paid inclusion and natural search).
Researching targeted keywords / search phrases through third party tools and recommending keyword lists.
Researching SEO/SEM competitor rankings, positioning, etc.
Quality control / testing for SEM ads and specialized product landing pages.
Providing accurate and timely sales and performance reports using industry standard tools.
Perform necessary project management/coordination efforts across internal departments


 

Required Qualifications

  • Education, Licensing, Certification, and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or statistics
  • 2-4 years of search marketing (SEM, SEO, PPC) experience.
  • Experience managing internal or external client relationships and expectations valued.
  • Experience managing Vendors is a plus.
  • Google Adwords Certified is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels throughout the company to build consensus and implement cohesive campaigns.
  • Can also work autonomously, proactively identifying and impacting opportunities while also identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, identify action items and resolve issues
